Electronic Statements

It's Safe, Easy and Paperless!

Family First FCU is pleased to announce that monthly/quarterly statements are now available online. Electronic statements provide access to your monthly/quarterly information online, over a secure Internet connection. Electronic Statement participants will receive e-mail notification of statement availability, which could occur 3 to 4 days before paper statement availability.

To sign up for E-statements

Log into CUatHome (above). Click on the "online statement" button along the toolbar. Follow the enrollment steps. It's that easy!

What does this mean for our members...

e-mail notification - You will receive an email informing you that your statements are available for viewing online.

Immediate access - View your statements online by page or as one long document as soon as they are ready, instead of waiting for them to be delivered by mail.

Up to 12 months of statement availability - we will publish statements starting from December 2006.

Print and save your statements - Save online statements to your PC hard drive or print and file them for your convenience.

Secure - Reduce the risk of identity theft by no longer receiving paper statements in the mail, and instead access them securely by signing on to CUatHome.
