The Mortgage Consultant will review your finances and goals. He/she will review items like: out of pocket expenses, monthly payments and the general process of obtaining a mortgage. By providing accurate information, borrower(s) can choose the mortgage that is best for them.
 


The Mortgage Processor guides you from application to closing keeping you informed and up to date. He/she completes approval and closing documentation, gathers supporting documentation and coordinates the process with the borrower(s), realtors, attorneys and other parties involved as applicable.

 


The Mortgage Servicer is your support after closing. He/she is available in person or over the phone to provide information on your mortgage balance, payments, escrow account, statements or just answer general questions about your mortgage.
